Exerscape Athletes Chosen To Represent United States


Carmen Richardson Named To US World Cyclocross Team,
Marty Jemison to US Olympic Road Cycling Long Team

(SANDY, UT January 12, 1999)— Two Exerscape athletes have recently been chosen to represent the United States in world competitions. Carmen Richardson, of Team Sobe/Headshock, was chosen to the United States World Cyclocross Team. Carmen will represent the United States in the 2000 World Cyclo-Cross Championships, Jan. 29-30, in St. St. Michielsgestel, The Netherlands.

Carmen was filmed riding in Canyonlands National Park on the White Rim Trail for the first Exercape WebDVD title. Two-time Emmy winner Tom Grissom captured Carmen at speed in the beautiful red rock country. The first Exerscape(TM) WebDVD will ship with the Bell Blackburn RX-9 Motivator Digital Interactive Training System in early 2000.

Exerscape endorser, current US Professional Cycling Champion and United States Postal Service Team member Marty Jemison was recently named to the US Olympic Long Team. Marty was among seven male athletes who were nominated for the Road Cycling event. Final selection will take place later this summer, prior to the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia.

Marty is featured in the Bell Blackburn RX-9 Installation Video, demonstrating the ease with which the Exerscape system may be installed. Marty will also provide voice-overs and training tips on future Exerscape racing WebDVD titles. His professional racing experiences will add authenticism to these future titles, the first of which is expected to be available in Spring, 2000.
